I co-founded a group of luxury hair salons, but the truth was the business owned me.

For over a decade, I was the classic “successful business owner” on the outside… and completely trapped on the inside.

I was “on” from the moment I woke up until the moment my head hit the pillow.

Everything depended on the founders showing up.

It looked good from the outside, but…

I wasn’t free.

Eventually, we figured it out.

We scaled, systemized, and built a team that ran the business without us.

We exited, and retired to Bali.

Now I mentor service business owners to do the same.

Most coaches will sell you quick hacks, marketing tricks, or “10x your leads” promises.

I’m not here for that.

I work with owners who already have a real business, who are already ambitious, and who are ready to turn it into something that gives them both money and freedom.
